This UploadrXL application is as secure as your day to day internet traffic. No data will be transferred to anywhere but the Flick.com servers. The application will set usetup a satraight connection to the Flickr.com upload servers.

Well, Flcikr does have it's own upload tool. It integrates nicely into the contect menu but it does not tell you the details of the foto, nor a preview of the photo. It even doe noet give you the opportunity to add it to certain sets and/or groups. All these options are included within UploadrXL by default!

UploadrXL can handle all graphic files that Flickr can handle. Currently the following types are suppoted: jpg, gif, png, bmp and tiff

Oh well, that's some software developed by Microsoft. UploadrXL uses it to run, you cant use the program without it (and version 1.0 or 1.1 won't work either).
